Messaging Terms & Conditions

You agree to receive recurring, automated messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) containing job applications, interview reminders, and other information pertaining to employment from Peoplelink, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company doing business as Peoplelink Group, Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, Zing, Zing Recruiting, Trade Management, TeamSoft, and Actium Consulting (“Peoplelink”). Such text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up for these automated marketing text messages or to any other number that you may designate from time to time. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of employment. Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency will vary. Peoplelink reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, which may increase or decrease the total number of messages that Peoplelink sends. Peoplelink also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.

Warranty

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and Peoplelink’s messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Peoplelink, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS or MMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider or network operator.

How to Quit

At any time, text the keyword STOP to the number Peoplelink texted you on to opt out of receiving future short-coded SMS and MMS messages. After texting STOP to the number Peoplelink texted you on you will receive one additional message confirming your request to opt-out. You acknowledge that Peoplelink’s text-messaging platform may not recognize and respond to STOP requests that do not include the STOP keyword and you agree that Peoplelink and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.

At any time, text the keyword HELP to the number Peoplelink texted you from to receive information about the Peoplelink SMS and MMS program.
